Getting organized, isn’t necessarily the difficult task. But STAYING organized…now that’s a different topic, one we’ll be talking about today!
I am a digital neat freak. I get overwhelmed when my desktop has more than two folders on it, and over the years I’ve developed a system that works for me staying organized within those two folders. But when I started this business I had to readjust and find another way to keep my content organized, a place for blog posts, email copy, Pinterest copy, Instagram copy, and so on!
In this blog post I’ll be sharing my favorite organizing software and why! So if you’re looking for a software and organizing system to help you keep things organized then you’re in the right place!
I used to pride myself with how organized my desktop looked before starting KellerMedia & Co., but as soon as I had to start downloading documents, creating templates, keeping track social media content and product details my desktop quickly became overwhelming and chaotic.
After some research I noticed a lot of people were using project management tools such as: Trello, Canvas, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Notion and so many more!
Out of all of these I tried Trello, ClickUp, Monday and Notion. I used Trello for several months and even used it with some clients, it was great for assigning tasks and being able to keep track of what was being worked on but when it came to keeping my business side of things organized there were certain pieces that were missing.
ClickUp and Monday are great tools as well, but in my opinion they are better for working with a team of 3+ people, and since KellerMedia & Co. is just me they were a little overwhelming! Which is why I stuck with Notion!
So if you’re ready to learn the perks of using Notion then keep reading!
I love notion because it’s super easy to edit as you go which is fabulous! Even while writing you can drag & drop your sentence to move it around, which is super helpful when writing things like a blog post. Which is exactly why I write all of my posts in notion:)
You can create dashboards, which act sort of like a landing page where you can add different table views, card views, notes, link to web pages, and incorporate a calendar view to keep tasks organized!

So whether you’re a student, entrepreneur, or simply looking to streamline personal organization, Notion offers a versatile platform where you can create task lists, databases, collaborative spaces, or calendars!
Notion also allows for seamless software integration between other platforms such as: Canva, Dropbox, Fillout Forms, Google Drive, OneDrive, Pinterest, Typeform, Zoom, and so many more!
Once I dived into Notion and learned how it worked I was amazed at the options available and how simple it was to use!
